Ever since I can remember, I had a feeling there was something more to life than what I could see on the surface. When I was sixteen, I came across a quote in the newspaper: “Find out who you are and do it on purpose.” — Dolly Parton. I now see those words as one of many subtle nudges that led me towards what would become a lifelong exploration of what it means to truly be yourself.
In 2009, my Mum passed away after a long illness. Being so close to death profoundly changed the way I experienced life. It brought me closer to the questions of who we really are, what truly matters, and what it means to be fully alive while we are here. For years, I searched for something I could not ever name.
But what changed my life wasn't understanding more, reading more or doing more. It was a felt sense of knowing — a recognition that what I had been searching for wasn't somewhere outside of me. It had been here within me all along. A place where nothing needed to be proven, achieved or figured out. A deep sense of being at peace with who I am, and allowing myself to live from what feels true to me.
This is the heart of the work I offer today. I'm less interested in giving you more to intellectually understand, and more interested in creating spaces where you can experience your own truth — soulfully, intuitively, as something you deeply know within yourself. To clear the noise. To hear yourself again. To know what authenticity feels like, not just what it means.
That quote I discovered at sixteen was never really about finding purpose. It was a guide to remembering who I am. And now, I am here to guide you on your pathway to remembering who you really are — holding a space for you to clear the noise so you can hear your own knowing again, and walk with confidence in your power to choose the life you want to live.
